This photo shows how vandalism and graffiti is tolerated in Jamestown, although graffiti is not harming anyone it makes the streets of Jamestown look unpleasant for people who are visiting or moving to Jamestown. If we let graffiti happen, our streets will be filled with graffiti.

I don’t know that vandalism is necessarily “tolerated” in Jamestown. It’s just that the police (or whomever) can’t be everywhere at once to make sure these things don’t take place. So it happens. The bigger question, perhaps, is whether or not anyone is willing to clean it all up . Are you? I’m sure the city would be willing to have you help do this if you asked.
